Warranties and After Sales Service:
Customers can avail after sales services and claim warranties from the above mentioned Customer Service Centers. In case of a device defect, the complaint will be processed and either the device will be fixed or a replacement device will be issued within a period of maximum 3 weeks. After sales service and warranty claims will be processed according to the International Warranty Agreement as provided by RIM. Price of accessories will be updated on a monthly basis, keeping the dollar exchange rate in consideration.
